Kathryn Goodwin Tone is a writer and the author of the novel, The King’s Broad Arrow. An ex-pat for most of her adult life, Kathryn has lived and traveled all over the world. She graduated from Penn State University with a B.A in Journalism, and also holds a M.A in International Relations from Boston University. Among the favorite places she has lived are: the Bavarian Alps; Moscow, Russia; Wiesbaden, Germany, and currently Alexandria, Virginia. She has worked as a teacher, chambermaid, ‘Spüler’ (dishwasher in German; rite-of-passage for backpackers), State Department employee, MCEC contractor, swim instructor, English tutor, pizza maker, etc. In addition to writing, the things that bring Kathryn unadulterated joy are her family, music, and cooking.
